About Entsworld

1. What is EntsWorld?

EntsWorld.net is a Business directory for the Entertainment business, which provides Entertainers, Companies, Agencies etc. the possibility of direct business contacts.

2. Why EntsWorld does exist?

Due to the growing communication possibilities and the fast increase of Internet users, EntsWorld provides the possibility of a 24 hours access to all kind of entertainment, or event information needed throughout the country and abroad. A growing number of Entertainers, Venues or Companies presenting their self on private Home Pages but doesn't have the possibilities of using a general pool for their business. EntsWorld provides this general pool focused on the Entertainment Industry.

3. How to use EntsWorld?

EntsWorld provides companies the possibility to find Entertainers, Musicians, Venues, Artists, and Event Agencies etc. From the other side EntsWorld provides the possibility to Entertainers to close business contacts with companies. A maximum of information's provides maximum comfort on the first view.

4. What does EntsWorld cost?

EntsWorld is free for visitors. EntsWorld is financing its operation through the registrations of its users. With the first engagement or business contact the registration fee will be paid back many times.

5. What is the difference of EntsWorld comparing to other Portals or Agencies?

EntsWorld does not act as agency and does not generate income through contracting. EntsWorld provides purely the platform for the Entertainment Industry especially to users which do not have the possibility of an appropriate presentation.

General

1. I registered at EntsWorld, how do I get my password?

EntsWorld will send you your personal password after your successful registration by E-Mail. You can print this mail out for your back-up. Please keep this information very confidential!

2. I don't remember my password - What to do?

Go to your log in and press the button "Password". We will send you then your password again.

3. I can not log in!

Please re-type your password correctly. Please consider large and small letters. Please do not use any space between your letters. If this still does not work please contact us and we will send you your password again.

4. Who is enabled to see my information?

Only yourself and EntsWorld. Your personal details will be kept under highest discretion and according to data security laws. Users of EntsWorld are only able to see information of you which you have selected during your registration.

5. What to do if I have problems with EntsWorld?

Please contact EntsWorld via our e-mail address support@entsworld.net we will help you as fast as possible.

6. How can I change my personal details?

After login to your personal account you are able at any time to change your personal information.

7. Do I have to translate my information into English/Greek myself?

Of course not! We will add your translated information within a period of 14 days into your profile (except Basic sign-up).

8. How can I get contact to one Entertainer, Venue or Company?

Just go to the specific Contact on EntsWorld and use the displayed contact form or the displayed telephone number.

Registration

1. How can I register at EntsWorld?

In the right side menu you will find the Register button. Click it and you will find the 4 sign up possibilities according to your demand.

2. How much does a registration at EntsWorld cost?

You can choose between one free of charge and 3 payable options. The costs for the payable registration options are 35,00 euros for the Plus sign up, 72,00 euros for the Premium sign up and 105,00 euros for the Gold sign up. All prices include 19% VAT. Further information you will find under the Register section.

3. How can I pay my registration?

You can choose between 2 options. One is the transfer via bank or you can use a Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Diners Club). You will receive your receipt within a few days via mail.

4. When will my registration appear?

After receiving your payment EntsWorld will enable your advertisement immediately. In case of payment by Credit Card your advertisement will be enabled immediately after your Card payment approval.

5. Where does my registration appear?

During your registration procedure you can choose under which category your advertisement will be posted.

6. How can I cancel my registration?

You can cancel your registration at any time by sending us a written cancellation per E-Mail or Mail. If you do not wish to extend your registration after one year you are required to cancel your registration latest until 30 days before the expiry of the annual period.
